WARRANTY INFORMATION

GRANDSTAND

Every GrandStand is manufactured in the USA with care and precision, and to the highest quality standards. Each unit goes through rigorous inspection and testing prior to shipment. In addition, we offer a 90-day warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural deterioration of colors and materials over time. The warranty does not cover lids. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by GrandStand LLC.

​Warranty periods are calculated from the ship date. Warranties are non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required.

If your GrandStand is damaged in transit, contact us immediately prior to use. Without immediate response, we cannot confirm the damage was suffered prior to use and therefore cannot accept a return.  

BASEBALLS & SOFTBALLS

There is no warranty on baseballs or softballs. All sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or returns allowed.

WARRANTY RETURNS

All warranty returns must be pre-authorized. To submit a request for a warranty return, send an email to info@grandstandbuckets.com. Include the following required information:

  • Order number
  • Receipt/proof of date of purchase
  • Description of issue
  • Photo(s) of issue

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Baseballs and softballs are not eligible for return. All sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or returns allowed.

GrandStands are eligible for return prior to use by sending an email within 14 days of purchase to info@grandstandbuckets.com. Include the following required information:

  • Order number
  • Receipt/proof of date of purchase
  • The quantity and item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

​Once your return request is received, you will be given instructions on how to return the item(s).

​Please note that refunds are processed for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Also note that it can take up to 10 business days after GrandStand has received and processed your return for the credit to appear on your statement.

In order to be considered for a full refund, item(s) must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
