Our standard lead times are 5-10 days from order to shipment. Customers receive shipment notifications with tracking information via email when their orders ship.

The only difference is the Elevator. The Elevator lifts the balls to the top of the Upper Deck. The baseball Elevator has about twice as much lifting power as the softball Elevator. All other components of the GrandStand are the same for baseball and softball.

Yes, GrandStand works perfectly with both sizes of softballs. Be sure to select "SOFTBALL" when building your GrandStand.

No, the Elevator and Platform are designed to be used in the GrandStand Upper Deck only, and will not fit or perform properly in a standard bucket.

Yes, the Elevator and Platform can be removed for cleaning, etc. The Upper Deck can also be used without the Elevator.

The Elevator can be gently cleaned but is not machine washable. We recommend wiping down the Elevator fabric with a warm cloth and allowing it to air dry.

Yes, there are volume discounts available on the GrandStand Complete Bundle. Save 10% on purchases of 5-9 units and 15% on purchases of 10 units or more. Note that these discounts are automatically applied but cannot be combined with other discounts.

Yes! While not designed specifically for tennis, GrandStand works perfectly well with tennis balls. Just be sure to select "SOFTBALL" when building your GrandStand, and enjoy all the benefits of GrandStand with tennis.
